(1) These Terms apply to all contracts concluded via MotionLove.net and its apps between the operator and male end users.
(2) The contract covers a closed, video-identity-verified premium infrastructure for profiles, matching and chat.
(3) Success in the sense of a successful match is expressly not owed.
(1) Registration requires full legal capacity and a minimum age of 18.
(2) The Video Mandate (Authenticity Check): each user is required to provide one greeting video ("Hello video") in accordance with paragraph 3. Up to three (3) further lifestyle videos may be submitted voluntarily; these are welcomed but are not a requirement for using the Platform. Distorting filters (in particular beauty filters) are prohibited on all videos.
(3) Activating the profile only requires one 5-second greeting video, spoken aloud: "Hello, my name is [Name], I come from [Country], my profession is [Occupation]." The voluntary lifestyle videos increase the profile's visibility; submitting all three within 30 days of launch grants the free Pioneer VIP status.
(4) The profile activates once the greeting video is approved by moderation. Not submitting the voluntary videos only means the free Pioneer VIP status is not granted; the account itself is unaffected.
The operator engages professional hosts ("Entertainment Ambassadors") to keep the platform lively. These profiles are real and fully verified, but part of the operator's professional entertainment offering; real-life meetings are not part of the contract.
Registration and viewing the first greeting video are free. Access to further videos and chat requires a paid subscription or in-app credits. All prices include statutory VAT.
Subscriptions renew automatically for an indefinite period unless cancelled by the end of the base term; afterwards cancellable any time with one month's notice. App-store subscriptions follow that store's own terms.
Unlawful, pornographic, racist, insulting or harassing content is prohibited. Contact-detail sharing in early chats may be filtered for fraud prevention. Violations may lead to immediate suspension without refund.
Unlimited liability for injury to life, body or health. For other damages, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
A statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies for digital services and expires early once digital content has been actively used.
German law applies, excluding the CISG. Heilbronn, Germany is the exclusive place of jurisdiction where legally permitted.
These terms govern the referral program on MotionLove.net. Using a referral code or link means full agreement to these terms.
Only verified, adult female users may participate. Self-promotion and automated profile generation are strictly prohibited. Abuse leads to immediate exclusion and forfeiture of points.
Each participant gets an individual referral link/code for private, personal sharing only. Mass distribution, spam or paid advertising of the code is prohibited.
(1) Referrers receive virtual "MotionLove Points" instead of direct payment.
(2) Credits are granted in stages once videos are approved:
• Hello video (mandatory, approved): 30 points
• Each voluntary lifestyle video (approved): 50 points (up to 3, total up to 180 points per profile)
(3) Redemption requires a minimum of 1,000 points.
(4) Country tiers are set via IP address and the referred person's phone country code.
The first 500 verified female pre-launch profiles get permanent free access to all VIP/premium features. The status is personal, non-transferable, and ends on self-deletion or permanent suspension for rule violations.
Points only become "confirmed" once the referred profile shows organic activity within 14 days of registration.
From 1,000 points a reward can be requested; cash rewards are processed monthly via PayPal or Stripe after review.
The operator may adjust, pause or terminate the program at any time.
